MindBody Online Software program for Personal Trainers with small clientele
Do you think it really is worth it when you have 10 or less clients to utilize the mindbodyonline.com software? I have 10 or less because I've just started out about 6 months now doing private personal training in my private studio.
MindBodyOnline.com has gotten amazing reviews, but because I have less than 10 clients at the moment (but can definitely benefit from letting my clients book their own appointments online as my and their schedule changes frequently and taking credit cards as payment is always a plus).
any thoughts? I've heard of styleseat which they have a special of $28 a month for the same thing (but it doesn't let you customize and offer bundles/packages like I do with my current clients)
I just want the best bang for my buck and that will potentially help me grow as a personal trainer in the business aspect.
On the other hand there are other program out there that can do what you are looking for and cost less. Shop around, check out a few demo's before you select one.
If you're working with a small number of clients, you should be able to do all of the transactions in person and not have to pay a monthly rate of using MB.
I concur with Bryant and Ron. If you are overwhelmed of keeping track of your clients and when their payments are supposed to occur and it starts to interfere with your training (and other aspects of life) should you consider payment processing software.
On the flip side, however, although you may have a small client base now, you encounter unexpected growing pains and your clientele could grow rapidly. At that point you may wish you have had something in place sooner because it is still a process on setting up any type of management & billing software and takes time and patience to do so.
I wish you the best in your search and your business.
Best in Health,
Ok, I am an owner of a martial arts school and I was told by the sales rep that I would have a free month AFTER my training was complete. Come to find out that they would not honor that agreement and wanted to charge me right after my training was complete. So if they all are not reputable enough to honor what was said why would I continue my service with them?
They outright LIED about what I would get. Terrible service, just terrible.
