Question asked by Stacey Glenn 1805 days ago
is the insurance payment a monthly or yearly payment?
I'm looking to get insured and I'm curious if the payment is charged every month or if it's a yearly charge.

Hi Stacey,
I have my insurance through the Fitness & Wellness Insurance associated with IDEA, and my payment is one yearly charge. I do not believe they offer another option; at least I never saw it on the information I received when I renewed the policy.

I have the same one as Karin and I pay once a year as well. You can always contact the insurance you are interested at and find out their payment options.

Hi Stacey,
Both Karin and Harris are correct. The insurance you have access through IDEA is renewed yearly.

Hello Stacey Glenn,
My insurance is a yearly fee; although, the last time, I took the two year option to save money.
Take care,
Natalie.

Hello Stacey,
It depends on the insurance company you have chosen. The company I use is a yearly payment.
Sincerely,
Michael

I haven't come across any companies that offer monthly payments. The cost of fitness instructor insurance generally isn't too much, so they probably figure it is easier to collect all at once.

Hi Stacey. As others have commented, generally the liability insurance payment is a once a year premium and payment. The 'basic' liability coverage isn't too costly. However, depending on the type and extent of your coverage, the price can be substantially higher than the basic charge and some insurance companies MAY allow a monthly or other type of payment arrangement. Check with the insurance company for a more specific answer.
I hope that this helps.

Usually yearly is the way to go, but you have a whole bunch of professional liability options to choose from. I'd say research a few of them and pick what suits you best.
