I have gone on Idea Fitness Connect and located my membership number. Ins. says it's not valid?

If you have questions about the site or your profile, the best place to start is the FAQ page. If that does not work, use the email at the bottom of the FAQ page. If you look at the bottom of any IDEA page, you will see a list of links grouped by section. Look under Fitness connect and you will see the link for the FAQ page.
