Hi Neal,
Thank you for your interest in IDEA's 2012 events. The reason there is no field to select is because the 2012 application deadline was September 9, 2011 at Midnight so we are no longer accepting applications. Information about the 2013 application can be found on www.ideafit.com/presenter in Spring of 2012.

Neal, Rebecca is right, try and find another conference in your area perhaps. Most deadlines for the presenters at most conference are submitted up to a year before.
