I am currently certified by Ace and have been since 2007 I can tell you that I dont believe that any of the certifications have helped my business grow but it definitively helps people believe I am what I say I am with a strong credential backing.

Congratulations Tyler on qualifying to take the AHFS exam. There are only a few of us who have earned this credential.
I took and passed the exam exactly one year ago and to be quite honest, I can't remember how difficult or easy it was. All I can tell you is that I came prepared and as a consequence of good preparation, I passed.
Can I encourage you to think about why you are taking the exam? If you have qualified to take the exam this is an indication that you have already accumulated 300 hours working with special populations. Perhaps you can continue to market your services to individuals who are looking for a trainer who will first help them to make health goals as opposed to fitness goals
