I am a personal trainer looking for other personal trainer who want the BEST nutritional solutions for their clients.
If you are struggling with your clients performance, and they're not getting the results they need, I can help. If they make their workouts, and you have helped them get stronger, but they haven't lost weight, I have THREE different programs; so, depending on your clients needs, I can offer successful options that took me 10 years to discover. Let my long nutritional background give you a shortcut to success with your clients - No $ upfront - Must call for more info - Trey - 404.788.7982
No offense...but there is no "Best" solution. Each person is different and unique.
Evaluating clients every 90 days is a great start to help them achieve their fitness goals and levels and make adjustments when necessary.
Wish You Great Success!
no offense here either - but where is your long nutritional background coming from? I looked at your profile and saw great credentials in business and economics ..... but no degree in nutrition.
Thank you for your response. I can understand you wish to promote yourself here at IDEAFIT as we all do. I have been a member since 1990 of a "MLM" company similar to the MLM company "The Vitality Company" and I understand the "pros and cons" of most MLM's.
I motivate and educate my clients with basic nutrtion, hydration, rest, calorie control and exercise. Highlighting that food always comes first before any supplement entirely within the scope, qualifications and practice of my certification/s with great success.
I have found that "free" health screenings are usually available in most cities for those that are on a limited budget or simply cannot afford it out of pocket.
Below is a few links of those free health screenings in your area:
Wishing You Great Success!
I appreciate your response, and there is some validity in your statement. However, when dealing with clients needs, you and I both need to be efficient and effective. Not every client can afford the full metabolic/allergen/hormone (insert methodology here) screening necessary to fully evaluate their nutritional needs. Therein lies the challenge... How do you optimize your interactions so that you have a system that can help faster and more effectively than just the one-on-one approach.
Why individualize every client (albeit some need this), but most can be given a structured plan or meal management program? To be successful, once given the push, and to be motivated to learn and grow on their own, trainers must educate their clients and give them the tools to do it on their own.
Here's a few of the products and services that work well.
www.sixpackbags.com - convenient meal management system.
trainingbytrey.bodybyvi.com - Most successful weight loss platform in the world.
That is simply what I'm suggesting. There are several programs whereby the client can grow and learn. Otherwise, they're tied to us, dependent on us, and never to be truly educated...although conveniently dependent, I strive to guide my clients into these programs...for more nutritional information or to setup your nutritional consultation go to trainingbytrey.com
