Hi Dianne,
Just make sure you fill out all the required answers otherwise in a couple of days your cert. will show "Invalid" even if it is not. That happened to me.

Simply click the link for "Add Certifications/Trainings" on your FitnessConnect's account page, enter in the necessary information, and it should become visible within a few days
If you've already done this and it still doesn't show up on your page, I'd recommend contacting IDEA at 1-800-999-4332.

Once you include the certification you have on your profile, if the certification is a verification partner with IDEA Fitness Connect, the agency who certified you will confirm it. It might take a couple of days, however, it will happen.
