Hello Sharon Shao,
Thank you for your question and taking care of your health.
First, do not concentrate on a weight number; unless, of course, it is doctor's orders. Next, you will concentrate on your goal activity first so you have the energy to give it 100%. Please keep in mind that a strong and healthy body will weigh more than a body that looks similar in size.
Are you doing both strength and cardio 5 times a week? If so, that may be too much, leading to overtraining issues which may cause a plateau and other detrimental issues.
If you want to add hot yoga, I suggest strength work twice a week, cardio work thrice a week and add in the yoga class in between the other sessions.
Without knowing your detailed exercise history, this is the best I can do right now. I also suggest working with a personal trainer or equivalent to help you reach your goals in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Thank you,
