how much time elapses between the last regular episode and the finale?

I guess my biggest question is how are those who have been a part of this program planning on living the rest of their life? It's not the short term that is the most important, it's what's they are going to do from now on. I congratulate them on their achievement. Just keep it up. It's not like it's over!
