How much do you charge for a fitness plan only; no sessions?
I have someone who lives too far to work with me interested in getting a personalized plan. We are going to complete an assessment session so I can tailor the program to her needs, but the rest she will be completing on her own. Any suggestions about how to charge for that?
I'm sure that there are many other ways that people are charging.
How far is too far? If you are doing an assessment, maybe you could go back a few more times for your peace of mind and the client's.
I charge a monthly rate for email and/or telephonic coaching, which comes to about $10 a month. I like Aaron's idea of breaking down the hourly rate to four messages; so, that is what I will charge starting 2013: four messages/answers per hourly rate.
Hope this helps you, good luck.
I hope that this helps.
You may want to think about a series of services that you provide such as a one time plan with two follow ups for a price of?
I charge the same hourly rate as I would for sessions. it's time consuming as Stephen states however, most of the time I end up booking that client with PT sessions.
In a case like this, I would attempt to find a train living closer to the client to refer to them.
If that is not an option, I would try to utilize some type of video link. Like Skype, but even that makes me uncomfortable. How can I help them if they have a medical emergency? Or if they get injured accidentally?
So far, for me personally, the referral has always worked.
