I believe it is bests approached by asking how many professional certified aerobics instructors are there in the United States.
It would be a good idea to contact the organizations that certified aerobics instructors and ask how many aerobics instructors they have certified and add up your totals.

Wrong forum for this question. But I /agree with the above posts. Without a certifying body controlling who does what there is no way to tell who is certified to hold this position.
