How do you strengthen the subscapularis- name three exercises without weight(thinking question)
Chris, excellent question. Off the top of my head I would say doing the "Y, T, W, L" movements using a stability ball. They can be done with no weight. I first came across these exercises from Mark Verstegen's book CORE Performance.
