The old-fashioned way: paper in a folder.

The NSCA allows me to keep track of my CECs in my profile online. Very easy, and my record is right there with my certifying agency. I'm sure that other agencies may also do this, but I wish that ALL of the other agencies did this as well. It makes things so much easier to keep track of.

I'm with Karen, I use a folder, but any CECs Iobtain through the organiation I need to recertify through, also get kept in my on-line profile with them. I also keep a folder with past dated CECs so I have verification that I've received additional training in aparticular area if a client or employer should ask.

Hello Joy,
I use the AFAA CEC Renewal Sheet. I log what I have completed and the number of CEC's for each online, home study or worrkshop/s completed.
Sincerely,
Michael

I keep all recertification paperwork for my AFAA certs in a folder; The FiTour certs don't need recertifying (they email and tell you to send in $25 and answer 10 questions). I understand some certs like Cooper Institute don't require CEC's at all. It varies according to the organization with which you are affiliated. :)
