how do you except loneliness?
excepting the fact that you have nothing to offer anyone is hard when your achievements never come through, that being true most humans need the other party to bring something to the table, so when you have nothing to bring, no one needs you, so how do you except this?
if you are talking about yourself, I would suggest that you talk to a trusted person and tell him or her what you wrote in your comment.
This site is for fitness professionals offering suggestions related to exercise in the widest sense. Your question, while valid, is not for us to address within the professional scope of our business.
We are all unique and I think everyone (regardless of their race, origin, health, income, denomination, sex, age, education or social status) has something to offer and bring to the table. "Showing up" to the table...then we are halfway there.
