Question asked by Carol Price 284 days ago

how do I get my cycling certification verified?

Schwinn® Cycling/Stairmaster, Inc. (Schwinn Cycling)Certifications

I took the schwinn indoor cycling class years ago (2006) from Jay B. and Julz A. I can't seem to get any answers on why there's no record of it. Can you please tell me who to contact at Schwinn? My husband and I have been to IDEA the last 6 out of 7 years to update our cycling as well as other classes. thanks!

It took me a while to have my Schwinn certification verified. The agency has to respond to the verification request which takes time. I recommend you contact fitnessconnect@IDEAFIT.com to address the problem if Schwinn is not responding. That also is valid for any certification that is pending for too long.
