Question asked by Lorraine Plowman 304 days ago
How can I find independent trainers looking for a top notch personal training studio to work at?
I have a 3300 sq ft personal training studio in Vista California that is equipped with all the latest tools to train any type of clients. Id like to find at least 3 more independent trainers to share my facility with. I only charge $500.00 a month rent.

Hi Lorraine. There are several ways to do this. First you can search right here on Fitness Connect for local trainers in your area. This is a great way to begin your search since you can not only limit your search by 'location' but the information you find from your search will also give you the trainer's bio/credentials and other information.
Of course you can also conduct other searches on the internet as well as through whatever certification organization(s) you are affiliated with.
I hope that this helps.

Send out feelers. Wait. Much like fishing.
Just wait to get a response. Bring them in and put them on a probation period.
If you don't agree with them- cut them loose.

Twitter and Facebook - Social Media is a great place to find other fitness professionals in your area.

Hello Lorraine,
I agree that IDEA and ACE are great resources to find who you are looking for. Take care.

Hi Lorraine,
You can also try to post an ad at Craigslist. It’s free and also a great way to reach other potential trainers out there.
Good luck,
Harris
