Great question Elaine.
I see everyone as having potential in life. I would like to empower people to be self directed and self sufficient by teaching them to be able to help themselves. Everyone should feel that health is optimal vitality for their condition, with the ability to do what they want with minimal restrictions. By providing consistent drive and motivation combined with personal growth in my knowledge base and leading by example whenever possible, it is my hope that I give everyone the tools that they can use to optimize their health at any level regardless of physical or perceived limitations.

Leading by example one person at a time by showing them how a little bit of fitness goes a long way on the path to health and happiness. By exuding joy while I work (teach).

I'm with Jill on this one. One by one, I am inspiring classes and clients to inspire those around them, by example.

I am inspiring the world through fitness through my own life story. I grew up an obese teenager and it proposed difficult obstacles in regards to a social life and more importantly a burden on my health. I have since learned more in the field of fitness and wellness and have adopted a lifestyle where I managed to lose over 100 lbs. I am now finishing up my Masters in Exercise Science and wish to inspire others through my accomplishments through education!

I try my best to be an example within the African-American community.
I recognize that within my ethnic community there is a high percentage of disease that can be prevented or improved by engaging in regular physical activity. I make it a point to encourage others within my ethic community and other communities affected by diseases that can be prevented or improved to become more active.

Hi Elaine
What a lovely question. I believe I inspire others through my vitality, my youthfulness, my authenticity and my compassion.

I do my best to "inspire" others by being enthusiastic, positive and serving as a role model to my clients and those I come in contact with. I find that enthusiasm and passion (not being overbearing or annoying) can be infectious, and people pick-up on that positive energy. By leading by example, people buy-in to the authenticity of the message I'm trying to send.
