Hoola (or Hula) Hoop classes and or exercises.
After reviewing some of my old Gary Gray material, I remembered that the hoola hoop is a great method to train l trunk stabilization with hip mobility. "Stability with Mobility". As such I have implemented into my program but would appreciate any advice and or recommendations on teaching strategies and tips. I have connected with "Hoopnotica" and ordered a few books from Amazon. Thank you.
