Have you considered writing about the Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load? GI is something that is important to understand when it comes to carbohydrates. What about complete vs incomplete proteins for recovery and the rates of protein absorption for whole foods and protein shakes?

I thought the article was great. It offers some great, easy to understand and factual information on sports nutrition. I especially liked the food suggestions that you had at the end.
