Hello there. Has anyone ever had a problem verifying or adding their certification???

I tried to verify my cert. #, but the page would not load. So, I tried deleting my certification completely, then add it back on, but now it says "error" when I try to add NASM. Any ideas??

Email or call IDEA. I had that problem due to multiple email addresses and my certification is through ACE. They'll be able to fix it for you.

I have certs that have been "pending" for ages & eons....and even certs with organizations IDEA recognizes, but the list doesn't include the cert I have attained, so they can't even be listed....oh well.

I have recently been contacting the organizations individually. My certs are still pending but I have realized the issue is with them more than IDEA. Don't think they realized the scale of this portals use till the requests were upon them.
