I was actually reading an article about this the other day but I forget what publication. When the Wii fit was first introduced there was an increase in the number of injuries reported from its use. There is actually a condition called Wii-knee which stems from bending the knee coming off the Wii platform.
I'm assuming most of the injuries may occur from improper warm up.
