Yeah its like rock wall training but with bars and platforms. I put up some jug grips and anchor points on my wall a few years back that I use, sometimes with steps, to train. My 1/2 rack's 7' pull up bar works good with the steps too, and you don't have the wall in the way. Really want a challenge? get some gym rings, or a Jungle Gym XT, or anything you can anchor above at adjustable widths, and use that as your handholds with a step. Murder! Glad you mentioned it; I should do a video for my members.

Sounds wild!... I'll never forget watching the olympics one year and I watched a ?chinese? guy on the rings suspended in mid air go horizontal! (he was a gymnast, are those the gym rings you're talking about?)... as in he was holding the pushup position in mid air! It was insane.

The only Vertical Training I know of is Vertical push/pull and Vertical Loading programs (circuits). Please elaborate.
