Yes FitnessConnect has helped advance my career goals in that I spend less of my time writing quality newsletters or getting the word out to corporate or individual clients about events, and more time studying, servicing, or marketing. Once I set up the newsletter and events functions I am free to choose my audience and feel assured they are getting a quality product.

Absolutely!! I have received many calls inquiring if I could take on new clients and asking where I'm teaching, etc.
Very helpful.

Definitely yes! First and foremost--it is giving me more exposure. It is enough to look at how many hits one is getting by looking at your profile page. Too, I earned new clients. I am also in a position to do my part to help raise the standard in the industry by posting well thought out responses to questions that are posed so that visitors to this portal see that we are a group of knowledgeable fitness professionals.
The resources are wonderful. One can lists their events, upload videos, write a blog, network with other fitness professionals.
I feel we have only scratched the surface with how this portal will be instrumental in assisting us to build our careers and meet our goals.
Too, I feel that Peter and Kathie Davis as well as the IDEA team are visionaries and truly want to inspire the world to fitness and we are involved in their vision. It's up to us to fill out our profiles with exceptional professionalism, post quality responses to questions posed. If we do this I believe this portal will assist us in reaching our goals beyond what we've imagined.
I really do envision medical professionals visiting this site searching for knowledgeable and experienced exercise professionals that they can refer to. As this is a goal that is very important to me, I do my best to present myself in this manner, on this portal, so that this goal is fulfilled.
Fitness Connect has given us the tools, it is up to us to design our professional dreams and goals and use this portal to bring them into fruition.
