Question asked by Nick Rainey 324 days ago
Has anyone used the Egoscue method successfully with clients?
I am reading the book Pain Free currently and it is very interesting. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the Egoscue Method.

Hi Nick,
A friend of mine had severe back pain years ago. Went to the doctor, had x-rays, the usual protocols....to no avail.
Then, he found Pete's book "Pain Free" and was faithful to the time and effort required to perform the deceptively simple exercises, and eventually experienced fantastic, pain-free results!
I love his overall philosophy on how the human body is supposed to grow and develop, and how our modern habits have hampered it so much that he has to take many adults literally down to their knees to get them used to some basic moves!
His business presence seems to have exploded over the years, and I'm thrilled because his thinking and methods have been around for years, and align beautifully with what's being done now (I suppose he may even be responsible for planting some of those seeds:).
Take care,
Michelle
