Has anyone taken the Biomechanics method (TBMM) for corrective exercise specialist ,level one? I'm interested, Your thoughts?
I'm interested in what this course offers for trainers wanting to learn to assess bio mechanical dysfunction and create corrective exercise for pain relief. It sounds like what a physical therapist learns to do and that's a four year program! I would love to have these skills but question how intense this course might have to be to acquire thse skills and if it's realistic to try to get them in a year or less of self study. Any experience with this coursework would be so appreciated.
