Rakhee, a great resource for finding places to receive certifications would be right here on www.ideafit.com. Check out the "Certifications & Training" Section.

Hello Rakhee,
If you visit www.zumba.com you will find the various locations a Zumba workshops are being conducted.
At the end of the workshop you become a licensed Zumba instructor as opposed to a certified group fitness instructor.
Hope this helpf.

Zumba Fitness Instructors get 'licensed' to teach B1 (Basic Zumba) or Jump Start Gold (B1 and Zumba Gold). No Zumba Fitness instructor is 'certified' to teach Zumba Fitness.
To obtain your license, you must attend one of the Instructor training classes stated above...I strongly suggest joing the ZIN...Zumba Instructor Network...membership fees are currently $30 month. It is well worth the price, since you receive new CD/DVD Music and Choreography in alternating timeframes and Mega Mixes CD's....all which you may incorporate as is or tweek to your specific class requirements. You also get discounts for Zumbawear..which can be expensive..but really cool Zumba logo clothing and accessories!
Once you have received your Basic/JSG license....then you can enroll in other Zumba Fitness specialy classes...Zumba Sculpt and Tone/Zumbatomic (for kids 4-12); Aqua Zumba and of course Basics 2...
Once you have passes those classes...then you will recieve the DVD/CD's specific to that specialty.
Keep in mind...as long as you remain a ZIN member in good standing...you will receive the articles...there is also alot of information for the ZINs on Zumba.com that you wouldn't have access to otherwise.
Bascially, anyone can pay for and take a Zumba Fitness basics class and become a licensed instructor.... very rarely is anyone NOT licensed..unless you've had a very difficult time during the training class..
It's WHAT you do with the license that matters.....

Remember, ZUMBA does not offer a certification. It is a licency to use the Zumba logo. What you take is a workshop of fundamental latin steps and a basic structure that you can improve upon.
