Well, I may be biased, but,, the Lebert Stretch Strap is what I use.
Holding belts, towels, is more challenging on the hand. The stretch strap a an actual handle then a loop. My thought is that a tool should make what you want to do easier without adding another challenge. It's easy to hold and easy to use.
Good luck! www.lebertfitness.com

I like using a OPTP stretch strap. A heavy strap with fixed loops, is adaptable and easy to use.

I always start every warm up with my clients on the foam roller. Self-myofacial release is a great way to "untangle" tight spindles in the muscle fibers as well as loosen the facia and prepare the muscles for activity. Active stretching after foam rolling is essential to any workout.

Begin with Foam roller. Next is gentle yoga to "warm up" and begin proper "breathing".
