Susan, there are great exercises for the neck and face in yoga, but they will strengthen the area, which may or may not address the problem you mention. Of those in yoga, the headstand is a great one. It takes a while before someone can perform a headstand, but there are many precursors to the headstand which yield similar results even if a full headstand is not feasible. If the problem is body fat, then a fat loss program will generate great results. If the problem is skin that has been stretched, then a fat loss program will yield results, but much more slowly. Stretched skin is not completely reversible, but can be improved, albeit slowly. A swimming program using all four competitive strokes (with bilateral breathing on the freestyle) is a great way to strengthen the neck and face in addition to many other benefits. In general, all activities with bilateral rotational movements, such as tennis and tai chi, are great for improving the strength and mobility of the head and neck.

You can Google Facercise,Marie Veronique Nadeau's Yoga facelift as well as Carolyn Cleaves Facial Fitness and have a look.

Quite honestly I would like nothing more than to believe that facial exercises can firm and make one look younger! :)

I think it's a matter of gravity and genetics.
