During a postural assessment, if someone has enlarged(hypertrophied) paraspinal muscles, what does this possibly indicate?
May be a muscular adaption to injury, fusion, or posture while sitting.

Enlarged or hypertrophied paraspinal musculature usually is indicative possible hyper mobility of al lumbar segment. Such as spondylitis thesis .
