Yes - I perform this with my clients often. I really like to superset to minimize rest time. I have them do a lower body move - life squats or lunges then an upper body move - like rows so it would look something like this:
TRX squat or postural squat
High Row
TRX lunge right leg
TRX low row
TRX lunge left leg
TRX squat
TRX one leg squat - right
TRX shoulder Y or T raise
TRX one leg squat - left --
TRX bicep triple threat - clutch cross cross
TRX side lunge - right
TRX tricep extension
TRX side lunge left -
TRX super man - or oblique twist
TRX squat or postural squat
High Row

TRX low row
TRX lunge left leg
TRX squat
TRX one leg squat - right

I have an amazing total body exercise using gym rings! Oh wait. The TRX handles don't seperate like that. Never mind. Contact somebody at 360 Fit, those guys crush it with the TRX.

Of course! You must be careful about the proper way to do the exercises and their range of motion. Watch the DVD, read the brochure, and ask some nice personal trainer to give you some more advice as you develop your skills. I'm using it all the time! Enjoy!!

I am a personal trainer. Just wondered if anyone has a TRX full body workout....
