Do you send clients birthday cards and holiday greetings? How do you keep track of all the dates?

Most certainly so. I also send cards to clients who no longer train with me.
Keeping track of dates is easy for me. I use a perpetual calendar where I note birthdays. And a few days before the beginning of a new month, I note those dates on my schedule so that I can write the cards in a timely manner.
For this mail, I still use the good old US Postal Service, fountain pen, pretty notecard and stamp.

This is a fantastic idea! I have a place on my client information form that asks for the birthday. I will be able to keep track of them this way. Birthdays are really cool, but hollidays can get sketchy.

I track 2 dates with a client...
Their birthday and 1 year anniversary date of their training with me.
I have a excel spread sheet and put the clients b-days/anniversary on there and post in my office. I know in advance who's birthdays are coming up and I keep cards here in the office to send out when the come around.
Holiday cards are easy, they go out the first week of December :) It prompts them to remember/acknowledge you too (I get lots of gifts & bonuses) for a job well done.
Good luck!

I don't send cards but I do honor their special day (b-day) with a post on our board. Maybe I will though. I also honor as many holidays as I can find. Everyday is a holiday anymore, so, why not celebrate? Keeping track is a little challenging but managable. Birthdays are mandatory for their profiles and I transfer them over to my calendar. At years end, I collect all the dates and transplant them to the next years calendar (usually starting about now in October) and the list gets longer but easier every year.

Hi Sandy. Absolutely! I either send a mailed card or what's more convenient and more immediate is an eCard. Either have been appreciated because as "they" say, "it's the thought that counts!" I keep track with an online "birthday reminder" service which really makes me look smart and not forgetful since I never miss a birthday! :-)
