I was recently certified to teach a class called KiYo Tai ( Flow fusion). It is combines Kickboxing basics, Yoga basics, and Pilates Basics. It is a low impact class that is an hour long that works on balance, strnght and endruance along with core training and flexibiulty. we end the class with a relaxation and meditation segment.
