For me your question is a bit ambiguous.

As a fitness professional I understand your question to be pertaining to connective tissue. Within our scope, this is how we think. With that said, Wolff's law comes to mind.

I don't want to bore the IDEA Fitness Connect audience by stating the law, however, I feel strongly that is what would come to the minds of most fitness professionals.

Thanks for your question.

The question is supposed to be ambigous to get people to "think" as well as think outside the box.

Human tissue correlates to connective tissue, muscle, tendon, ligaments, etc.

This is not a within a scope question, but a scientific question that effects personal trainers.
Because personal trainers may be working with someone who just suffered a femoral fracture that has healed vs a ligament injury vs. a tendon repair.

It has great application. I am all about application.

So what do you think?

Especially when personal trainers respond to previous questions that I posed such as this young woman..

The majority of my clients are baby boomers and beyond and some of them are high risk. Understanding how the body moves is vital for a personal trainer and how injuries develop is key also.
