Do cardio programs have to be manually designed for the FT7 when using the Polar Body Age System?
For instance, if I choose F6 for training computer, the program will be automatically designed based on the person's VO2, age, weight, etc. When select FT7, I only see 2 zones (fat burning, fitness improvement). Also the time in each zone is 00:00, and I don't know what heart rate percentage the two available zones represent.
