Question asked by Amy Thompson 140 days ago
Develop business model for my business
I'm looking to grow my business over the next few months.
I'd like to do bootcamp style classes women only.
Outdoors until I can afford space
I can offer these classes 4 days out of the week with one bonus workout On a weekend.
I'm based in northern California so price needs to be competitive compared to others.
I currently offer individual and partner training.
I also have a fit club where I leave and we do fitness activities together. It's great and has been successful.
I feel that's what makes me unique.
I've read a lot online, but looki g for some guidance or suggestions on how to get started. Resources.
Thank you!

Start by planning your bootcamp sessions/day/time/price/location
Make up flyers and distribute them everywhere in Livermore
Get a Facebook page started
Talk to everyone you know about your program
Look into your Chamber of Commerce or Rotary Club
If you have a Patch in Livermore I think you can do free postings?
Build off of your fit club, ask your current clients to bring in friends to bootcamp, offer them a referral "special"
I have a bootcamp in Pinole and Berkeley
We charge $150 for 2 xs a week/6 weeks.
Stay competitive with pricing.
Get a business license and park permit
