can i copy and paste one article or exercise or recipe from fitness connect to my website or facebook?

I would like to sometimes use one article or recipe but not the whole link

Hi Michael,

that can be problematic. If you look at any article here on the IDEA web site, you will usually find copyright information. If you scroll to the very bottom of any IDEA site page, you'll find 'Terms and Conditions', and it is worth reading the part on Intellectual Property.

However, the owner of the information will often give you permission to use it as long as you include proper references.

Violating intellectual property right is done very often, and most people copy and paste with great liberty on the premise that it is easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
