Can Ganoderma improve your health?
Scientists researched the special healing effects of Ganoderma mushroom on circulatory system, nervous system and immune system as well as its anti-cancer effects.
Studies show it can significantly:
improves your blood circulation
calm your nerves
enhances your immune system
improves cancer healing chances (see Sloan Kettering website)
Google "ganoderma" to find out more.
Do any of you drink ganoderma coffee or take the supplement?

Lysergic Acid Diethylamide is also great for cluster headaches!
Ok, call me crazy, but there is evidence for this out there. I don't condone recreational drug usage, and I don't do drugs, myself.
The idea is the same. Sometimes, the things you'd least expect to have health benefits, can actually benefit your health. I've heard of the relatively recent research being done with Reishi mushrooms (a type of Ganoderma). It seems to me that there are many benefits. On the flip side of that, many of the positive benefits might also be detrimental to certain individuals. People who are already hypoglycemic, for example, probably wouldn't need these mushrooms as one of the claimed therapeutic benefits of the mushroom is in the form of some sort of a hypoglycemic effect in the body.
I think it looks promising. There has been a considerable amount of research on Ganoderma mushrooms, and I'm confident in saying that I think this is one of those supplements that you can probably "do it right" with. To everyone out there, I'm not recommending it, I'm just saying that based on my impression of the supplement, I think that when used correctly and in moderation it may have legitimate value as a dietary supplement. A registered dietitian and your doctor would definitely know!
Good Question!

LOL ... no you aren't crazy Marlan!
When I mentioned this mushroom to my friends they were all a bit skeptical and thought it was the hallucinegen until I explained further.
I am starting to use the Ganoderma coffee together with a mycelium (the vegetative part of a fungus) supplement as that works best on the lymphatic system. I'll report back any noticeable benefits!
