Can anyone recommend a structure for a prenatal exercise program--meaning for a person that is not yet pregnant but planning?
I will be starting with a new client. This individual is apparently healthy and has no current contraindications to exercise. She plans to become pregnant in the near future and wants to start building her core to prepare for labor. I have a core training regimen planned but I wanted to get some feedback from other fitness professionals in terms of their suggestions for proper structure of the program.
