Can anyone get certified to be a Cross Fit Instructor?

My crossfit certification course had attendants that had never done a crossfit workout before and just wanted to learn the methods better, and people who had been coaches for 5+ years that just needed a refreshed course. Obviously the more experienced you are, the more you will get out of the two day course.
