No. Why do you ask?

Sorry, didn't see the smaller print...

When I was pregnant, because I had been actively immersed in my exercise programs for years, I continued whatever felt comfortable and enjoyable. Obviously attention should be paid to core temperature, excessive rises in heart rate, and simply unsafe movements.

US and Canadian Obstetrics & Gyn societies offer simple, clear guidelines; these should be discussed with your doctor.

Not yet, but plan on it very soon.
During my first 2 pregancies I started the pregnancies lazy and lethargic which forced me to stay that way :( so I mostly walked. Since I have been much more active and stick to a workout regimen that fits me, I plan on maintaining my current workouts with a few modifications as needed. I will continue with yoga (avoiding inversions) and keep up with strength training. It's the focus of the mind that changes most. Weight loss/maintenance has to go out the door which forces the issue of exercising for health. And that's really what it's about anyways right? :)
