Any personal training software?

softwarePersonal TrainingTechnologyBusiness Technology

Hi there,

I have my own website and I'd like to add a function to enable paid membership and my clients the ability to log in from my website and be taken to a members only area that shows an online nutrition log, ability to count their calories, exercise database and I can create workout templates and programs for them to do.

I've seen some other online personal training softwares that look great but It doesnt allow the ability to merge your website and the software together in unity.

Any tips?

Thank You

Hello Lloyd,
I have yet to find one that you describe as well. If you do come across one...let us know.

Sincerely,
Michael

Fitness Builder (fitnessbuilder.com) has workout building software that you can integrate with your site, but it's quite expensive for the standalone, and doesn't include nutrition...

It's an option though, and definitely the best I've seen so far.

Best,
Kent

Hi Lloyd

I run a company called Your Lifestyle, an online PT company (www.yourlifestyleuk.co.uk). We currently build re-branded versions for gyms across the UK. We are looking to pilot a re-branded version with PT's, this would allow you to have your own version of the site plugged into your website. Are you able to drop me an email at jack.malin@yourlifestyleuk.co.uk if you interested?

Michael would this be something you were also interested in?

Kind regards

Jack Malin

In order to have a paid membership that logs into a members only section you will most likely have to have a programmer create a simple database that allows you to do this. When I created http://www.biomechanicallyfit.com/, I used a basic website template and then created the databases in order to display all my member only content. I used paypal for the payment system which in also integrated into the site. If you have questions or need some help I may be able to give you some advice.

I use the Complete Training System. www.starting-a-personal-training-business.com/personal-trainer-software..... I am able to use this with my current website and provide a login for my clients from my website. This system allows you to customize the software with your logo and website, as well. They provide marketing materials for you. The software allows you to invoice clients, each client has their own personal login information, clients can fill out their PAR-Q and medical information online, you can track client progress, create resistance and training programs, and it provides an awesome nutritional program. The exercise library is very limited, in my opinion. However, you are able to add your own exercises with images and videos. You can try it free for one month to see if you like the software. I hope this information helps you!

I was looking into this software. I am most interested in the nutritional
program. Are there meal plans that the client can follow? Can you tell me more?
Comment by Dianne Della Ratta 25 days ago
Hi, Dianne! The nutritional program is very useful. I have used many of the recipes myself. The meal plans are based on your individual likes and dislikes, food allergies, vegan, etc. It is very easy to follow and the software guides you through the process. It will provide you with all your meals and snacks based on your client's weight loss and caloric intake goals. Honestly, none of my clients have utilized this service yet. It is a bit time consuming to first set up. My clients do use their food journals on the software to track their eating habits.

The meal plans are easy to follow, and the clients are able to find different meal plans if they do dislike their current ones. I can provide a few images if you would like to see what the software looks like. Let me know if I can provide you with more information!
